TrafficCast hires Motorola veteran as CEO
TrafficCast International, Inc., a provider of digital traffic data, this week announced that Neal Campbell, a long-time veteran of the wireless industry, will assume the role of chief executive officer, succeeding TrafficCast co-founder and president Connie Li.

Campbell brings more than 20 years of mobile industry experience to TrafficCast. In 16 years at Motorola, he served in engineering, marketing and executive management roles and led Motorola’s emergence in software-based, LBS offerings in their mobile device and telematics business units.

In his most recent position, Campbell served as executive vice president of strategic marketing and next generation products at ISCO International, a supplier of software based, adaptive filtering products for the wireless industry.

Dr. Li is making way for Campbell after serving as TrafficCast’s CEO for four years. She will remain in a leadership position focusing on operations and emerging technology areas for the company.
