Coca-Cola Engages with Consumers on SCVNGR App
Coca-Cola started a pilot marketing campaign in partnership with Simon Malls and location-based gaming application SCVNGR to engage in a new way with teenagers in nine Simon malls across the United States.

"SCVNGR provides an interactive, entertaining way for Coca-Cola to surprise and delight people, reward their curiosity and enhance the overall shopping experience at Simon malls," said Roberto Mastrocola, Integrated Communications Manager, Media and Interactive, Coca-Cola North America.

As people complete fun, simple challenges, they will earn points in the application, then once they have gained enough points they can redeem them in the mall and be instantly rewarded with gift cards ($100,000 worth of American Express gift cards) and other fun Coca-Cola branded merchandise.
