The e-learning programme will run alongside TomTom’s existing training programme and empowers employees in retail shops across Europe to learn more about TomTom products and services in their own time and at their own pace. Students can do assessments on various subjects and will receive an official certificate upon successful completion. Extensive retail support is offered to help students with any queries they may have.

The e-learning programme is part of a toolkit that TomTom offers its retail partners, including a dedicated hotline and shop-in-shop modules. The TomTom Academy will initially be available in Dutch, German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
