Pole Star Completes Full Indoor Coverage of CDG Airport
Pole Star with its partner and investor Hub Telecom delivered last month to ADP (Aéroport de Paris) more than 600,000 square meters of indoor location coverage using its WiFi-based NAO Campus technology.

Travellers in all terminals of Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport can now use the indoor location technology in the My Way app that was launched for Android devices last week.

The application allows passengers to be geo-located and guided, inside and outside Paris-Charles de Gaulle terminals. It covers all departures and arrivals journeys, all the airport including the TGV train station and car parks.

The iOS version of the app is said to be “soon available on App store for Apple devices.“ it is nevertheless likely to depend on Apple’s willingness to open up to developers the access to the Wi-Fi hardware on its devices.

Pole Star also indicated that the entire coverage of NAO campus is exceeding 4 million square meters.
