British start-up Navmii today announced to have reached its 10 millionth registered user for its free turn-by-turn navigation app Navfree, with 10,188,000 downloads of the app achieved in two years.

Navfree is now available in more than 30 countries and “more than 1 million journeys are made each day using the app,“ said the company in a press release.

The application is powered by the free, crowdsourced map of the Openstreetmap community. Navfree users are contributing to the map improvement with more than 20,000 corrections per month.

Navfree is monetized through in-app purchase and advertising.
