NAVTEQ signs new deal with MapQuest
Digital map provider NAVTEQ today announced to have expanded its agreement with MapQuest, the top mapping website in the US. Under the new agreement, MapQuest now has access to all 73 countries in the NAVTEQ map database, as well as future country releases. MapQuest will utilize NAVTEQ data in both its Internet and mobile applications (MapQuest Navigator and MapQuest for mobile web).

MapQuest currently uses Navteq, Tele Atlas and AND map data, aerial imagery from i-cubed and traffic information (United States) from INRIX.
