Interview with Street Level Imagery Pioneer Earthmine
At the Where 2.0 conference 10 days ago in Santa Clara, 3D street level imagery provider Earthmine was showcasing urbandive, a large project developed for French Yellow Pages provider PagesJaunes.

UrbanDive, currently in public beta, allows users to explore French cities (100 to date) through immersive, panoramic views, find places, connect with brands and build and share experiences via Twitter and Facebook.

Earthmine has partnered with PagesJaunes to collect data in 150 of the largest French cities and the company’s developer tools and server software are being used to create the UrbanDive platform and deliver the experience to web and - soon - mobile users.
