FastFoot Challenge: location-based gaming on steroids

FastFoot Challenge: location-based gaming on steroids
Based in Bremen, Germany, Urban Team is a small start-up company which developed a high-adrenaline location-based game called FastFoot Challenge. Like a real world version of the well known board game Scotland Yard, 4 "Runners" try to catch an "X" in a defined playing field and time.

Back in February 2009, at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, FastFoot Challenge won the Best real world game award at the 5th International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGA). Last week Urban Team grabbed another award at the NAVTEQ LBS Challenge in Singapore as the second runner-up.

We took this opportunity to interview with Tom Nicolai, CEO and co-founder of this young company.
