Disneyland gets its location-aware iPhone App
GotPlanS, LLC, an independent developer of interactive information and planning applications, has released the first interactive iPhone application featuring Disneyland Park.

"We are very excited to be the first ever to offer an interactive Disneyland planner for a portable electronic device. Whether you are a first-time visitor or an annual passholder, this comprehensive and customizable application has something for everyone," said Jojo Nghiem, Creative Director of GotPlanS.

Since the custom-drawn map is GPS-enabled, it goes far beyond a traditional map, with the ability to show a user's location in Disneyland and nearby attractions, shopping and dining information. It also highlights attractions on a user's personal to-visit list, with color-coded wait times for certain attractions based on aggregated information provided by users themselves.

Users can view thumbnail photos, locations, descriptions and height restrictions for all attractions. Most attraction, shopping and dining information is searchable by name, land and type. Users can also view full restaurant menus or search by price range as well as search for Disney souvenirs.

GotPlanS Disneyland Park Planner is available in Apple's App Store at an introductory price of $2.99.
