Citroen has just announced its C1 Connexion special edition will be fitted with a telematics “black box“ as standard that will be used for monitoring driving behaviour and offer related insurance benefits.
The Citroen leasing plan integrates the insurance and offers reduced rates for young drivers based on their driving bahaviours controled by the black box.
In addition to the insurance offer, customers will also benefit from Trafficmaster’s other telematics services, which are available free of charge for an introductory period. These include a limited number of Smartnav Routes (either 15 routes or 3 months usage, whichever comes first), 3 months Trackstar Stolen Vehicle Tracking, 3 months Safespeed Camera Alerts and 12 months Emergency & Breakdown Call.
