AND releases digital map of Denmark
Mapmaker AND Automotive Navigation Data said today it has completed the process of mapping Denmark. Denmark is the seventh Western European country for which the Dutch company has developed a navigation map after Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

The Danish map contains 140,000 kilometers of roads and almost 7,000 cities and villages of the Scandinavian country.

Chief Executive Officer Maarten Oldenhof stated: "The finalization of the digital map for Denmark proves that AND is committed to develop new maps. Our course is clear. We want to expand our portfolio and we are willing and able to invest in product development. Large clients support this strategy and have therefore chosen to work with us. I believe this proves that our independent position works out successfully."
