ALK Technologies, now owned by Trimble, announced at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona the launch next summer of its navigation solution for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.
The solution will come in three flavours: a premium solution including 12 months of free real-time traffic, a free solution that offers route planning but no turn by turn information and a truck version dedicated to large vehicles with specificroute guidance.
The price of the paid versions of the software will be equivalent to what ALK offers on the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
